The VTech brand is perceived and marketed largely as an innovative and competitively priced brand that appeals to younger and more technology-oriented users, while the AT&T brand attracts those seeking classical styling and quality.

VTech launched the next frequency frontier in 2002 with the introduction of the industry's first 5.8 GHz cordless phone platform. This pioneering offering affirms VTech's research and development leadership position, and enhances its role as a global telecommunications leader.
